Tests / determinations on the characteristics of explosives for civil use and pyrotechnic articles
– Tests for ballistic parameters of explosives for civil uses and fuses (detonating cords and safety fuses)

QUALIFICATIONS IN THE PROFESSION OF
BLASTER FOR
UNDERGROUND MINING
- In order to attend the course, each candidate must submit the complete dossier conform under Article 117, ch. IX of Technical Norms Annex to the Law 126/1995 with subsequent amendments.
- Documents required to dossier are:
Art.117
(1) In order to apply for qualifications curs in the profession of Blaster, respectively pyrotechnician applicants must submit a dossier containing the following documents:
a) application requesting registration in the course, indicating the home address or residence address and contact data;
b) copy of high school diploma or, where appropriate, diploma / certificate / certificate of graduation from 8 or 10 classes;
c) medical certificate with the words “clinically healthy”;
d) d) psychological notice showing that the applicant is fit for the profession of Blaster, respectively pyrotechnician
e) solemn declaration showing that it has not been convicted by final court decision to a penalty with imprisonment more than 2 years for offenses committed intentionally;
f) copy of identity card (xerox).
(2) Citizens of European Union member or the European Economic Area applying for qualification courses in the profession of Blaster, respectively pyrotechnician can prove of compliance with par. (1) b)-d) by equivalent documents, copy submitted by the applicant, accompanied by an unofficial translation into Romanian.
(3) Dossiers under par. (1) shall be recorded and kept at the authorized training provider who organized the qualification courses in the profession of Blaster, respectively pyrotechnician
(4) Where an authorized provider of professional training ceases its activity, he must give the dossiers provided in par. (1) to the Territorial Labour Inspectorate on the area, on which he has been operating
(5) Citizens of Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area who have completed a similar course in one of these states do not need to perform the course again in Romania for the authorization.
All documents mentioned will be presented in a dossier on which will be written the name of the course participant.
Learners will have complete dossiers on them, dossiers will be checked in the first day of class, the curs is starting at 900.

COURSE TO AUTHORIZED AS
“PYROTECHNICIAN”
In order to attend the course, each candidate must submit the complete dossier according to Article 117, ch. Technical Annex IX of the Rules of the Law 126/1995 with subsequent amendments.
- Documents required to dossier are:
Application requesting registration in the course, indicating the home address or residence address and contact data;
Copy of high school diploma or, where appropriate, diploma / certificate / certificate of graduation from 8 or 10 classes;Certificat medical care să conţină menţiunea „clinic sănătos” (în original);
a) Psychological opinion showing that the applicant is fit for being a pyrotechnician (original) issued by a psychologist certified by the College of Psychologists psychology to work with code valid signed certificate;
b) solemn declaration showing that it has not been convicted by final court decision to a penalty with imprisonment more than 2 years for offenses committed intentionally; (form shall be completed at INCD INSEMEX) ;
c) copy of identity card (xerox).
All documents mentioned will be presented in a dossier on which will be written the name of the course participant.
Learners will have complete dossiers on them, dossiers will be checked in the first day of class, the curs is starting at 800.

Course participants must demonstrate that graduates technical study of short-or long-term (graduation diploma foremen, overseers or engineers, for active or retired military personnel, equivalen document).
