List of certificates issued in the regulated field of Directive 2013/29/UE and Directive 2007/23/EC
- It is notified at the European level from June 2007 by the European Commission in Brussels on the identification number 1908 on the Direcitvei 93/15/EEC – Explosives for civil uses;
- It is notified at the European level from May 2015 by the European Commission in Brussels on the identification number 1809 on the Directive 2013/29/EU – on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles.
- Meets the requirements of SR EN 17065:2013 and is competent to carry out activities for CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT for explosives for civil use and pyrotechnic articles
- RENAR accredited conformity assessment is for the area covered by Directive 93/15/EEC transposed by Government Decision no. 207 of 17 March 2005;
- RENAR accredited conformity assessment is for the area covered by Directive 2013/29/UE transposed by Government Decision no. 1102 of 10 Decembre 2014;
- Conformity assessment is done by testing according to harmonized standards on the area covered by the Directive 93/15/EEC and Directive 2013/29/EU.

LEGISLATION
- Law 126 of 27 December 1995 on the regime of explosive materials with subsequent amendments;
- Technical Rules of Law 126/1995 on the holding, preparation, testing, destruction, transport, storage, handling and use of explosives materials used in any other specific operations in the activities of holders, well as authorization of blasting technicians and of pyrotechnicians;
- Law 319 of 14 July 2006 on security and health at work and methodological norms of application of its and subsequent amendments
- Guide to good practice for the storage, transport and use of explosive materials;
- Council Directive 93/15/EEC of 5 April 1993 on the harmonization of the provisions relating to the placing on the market and supervision of explosives for civil uses
- Decision no. 207 from 17 march 2005 regarding the establisment of the essential requirements of safety of civil use explosives and the conditions for introduction of the explosives into the market;
- Directive 2013/29/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 12 June 2013 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles.

- Conformity assessment of explosives manufactured in situ (in place of use);
- Conformity assessment of blasting techniques to ensure the seismic protection in the area adjacent to the objectives;
